Copyright & Content Policy

Veax respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Users must only upload or display content they have the right to use.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing on Veax, you confirm you have the necessary rights for images, audio, video, and other media on your profile.

We may remove content that reasonably appears to infringe someone else's rights or violates our Terms of Service.

The Veax name, branding, website design, software, and official badges are owned by Veax or its licensors. Do not use them in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership or official status.

Profiles marked Official are operated by the Veax team.

Send a detailed notice to support@veax.lol with the subject line "Copyright".

Include: identification of the copyrighted work, the Veax profile URL (veax.lol/username), where the material appears, your contact details, a statement of good faith, and confirmation that the information is accurate.

Veax reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, disable features, issue warnings, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rights, copyright laws, trademark rights, or the Veax Terms of Service.

Repeated infringement may result in permanent account termination.

Creating profiles intended to impersonate individuals, brands, organizations, or Veax itself may result in immediate enforcement action.

Links and embedded media from third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' terms. Veax may disable display of specific content while reviewing a valid complaint.

Submitting false or bad-faith infringement notices may have legal consequences.
