Before you contact us

Many questions are answered in the Help Center at veax.lol/docs (profile setup, uploads, presets, shop, and account settings).

Email support

General help, account issues, and bugs: support@veax.lol

Include your Veax username, the email on your account, a clear description of the problem, and links or screenshots if useful.

Reports & safety

To report a public profile, use the report option on that profile while signed in.

For copyright claims, see veax.lol/copyright.

For urgent threats to safety, contact local authorities first. Veax support is not an emergency service.

Appeals & moderation

If your account received a warning or restriction, follow the appeals flow available in your account where applicable.

Veax+ billing (future)

When paid plans launch, billing questions can be sent to support@veax.lol with the subject line "Veax+ billing".

Security

To report a security vulnerability, email support@veax.lol with the subject line "Security" and enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

Response Times

Veax is operated from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Support response times may vary depending on local business hours, weekends, holidays, and request volume.

Most support requests are answered within 1 hour to 2 business days.
